Für unsere Großküche bei Fleisch- und Wurstwaren Schmalkalden GmbH Thüringen suchen wir einen motivierten Koch (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

Deine Arbeitszeiten:

📅 Montag bis Freitag – geregelte Arbeitszeiten, keine Wochenendarbeit!

Deine Aufgaben:

  • 🔹 Aktive Mitarbeit in der Speisenproduktion und -vorbereitung
  • 🔹 Zubereitung von Speisen nach Standard und Rezeptur
  • 🔹 Zerlegen und Zuschneiden von Fleischteilen sowie Portionierung, Würzung und Marinierung nach unseren Rezepten
  • 🔹 Verpacken und Kommissionieren von Fleisch-Teilstücken für unsere Filialen und Kunden
  • 🔹 Nutzung unserer modernen Maschinen , die dir die Arbeit erleichtern
  • 🔹 Durchführung von Reinigungs-, Desinfektions- und Aufräumarbeiten im Rahmen unseres Lebensmittelhygiene-Konzeptes
  • 🔹 Einhaltung unserer Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards

Das bringst du mit:

  • ✅ Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch, Metzger oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • ✅ Erfahrung im Umgang mit Fleischverarbeitung von Vorteil
  • ✅ Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • ✅ Zuverlässigkeit und Teamgeist
