  • Erstellung von Speisekarten und Menüplanung
  • Verantwortung für Qualität, Hygiene und Arbeitsabläufe
  • Führung und Schulung des Küchenteams
  • Warenbestellung, Lagerhaltung und Kostenkontrolle
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von HACCP-Richtlinien
