Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen engagierten Koch (m/w/d) in Vollzeit/Teilzeit für unser Restaurant mit Schwerpunkt japanische Fusionsküche und regionale Produkte.

Wir sind ein modernes Restaurant mit Fokus auf hochwertige japanische Fusionsküche. Unsere Philosophie verbindet traditionelle japanische Kochkunst mit frischen, regionalen und saisonalen Lebensmitteln. Qualität, Kreativität und Nachhaltigkeit stehen bei uns im Mittelpunkt.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Zubereitung und Anrichten von Speisen der japanischen Fusionsküche
  • Kreative Mitgestaltung unserer Speisekarte
  • Verarbeitung frischer, regionaler und saisonaler Produkte
  • Einhaltung der Hygienevorschriften nach HACCP
  • Organisation und strukturierte Arbeitsweise im Küchenbereich
  • Wareneingangskontrolle und fachgerechte Lagerung

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin oder Berufserfahrung
  • Interesse oder Erfahrung in der japanischen Küche von Vorteil
  • Kreativität und Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Belastbarkeit auch in Stoßzeiten
