Umgeben von Wald und Fels liegt unser Hotel-Restaurant "Waldmühle" an einem Ausläufer des romantischen Zschopautals. In unserem Restaurant bieten wir unseren Gästen eine abwechslungsreiche Küche.

Wir suchen Verstärkung: Koch/Köchin !

  • Aufgabenbereich u. a.:
  • Einsatz im Mittel – oder Spätdienst
  • zubereiten von warmen und kalten Speisen im A la Carte Geschäft für Menüs und Buffets
  • Vorbereitungen für das Frühstück, Mittags- und Abendgeschäft treffen
  • Gewährleistung von Sauberkeit und Durchführung der Hygienestandards in der Küche, den Kühlhäusern und den Lagerräumen
  • einhalten der geltenden Hygienevorschriften (HACCP) und Lebensmittelhygiene
  • Ihre Qualifikation:
  • abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung wäre von Vorteil
  • mindestens 1 jährige Erfahrung im Küchenbereich
  • Ordnungsliebe, Sauberkeit, Hygieneverständnis, Genauigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit an Feiertagen und an Wochenenden
  • motivationsfähig, engagiert, belastbar
