Für unser Magnus-Huss-Rehabilitationszentrum in 19063 Schwerin suchen wir zum 01.12.2026 (oder früher oder später, sagen Sie uns gern, wann es Ihnen passt) eine/n

Koch (m/d/w) und / oder Beikoch (m/d/w) im Tagdienst

Unser aktuell bestehendes Team ist für die Verpflegung von etwa 100 Rehabilitand:innen verantwortlich.

### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Verarbeitung von frischen Produkten zu leckeren Mahlzeiten (kalt und warm) für ca. 80-110 Gäste
  • Warenannahme und Lagerung aller Lebensmittel
  • Einhaltung aller HACCP Richtlinien
  • Pfleglicher Umgang mit den Gerätschaften inkl. der Reinigung der Küche
  • Vertretungsweise Unterstützung der Küchenleitung beim Einkauf und beim Erstellen von Speiseplänen
  • Ausgabe der Speisen

### Profil:

  • Berufsausbildung zum Koch (m/w/d)
  • Berufserfahrungen in der Gastronomie und / oder der Gemeinschaftsverpflegung
  • Sie haben Freude daran, Ihre Erfahrungen in der Herstellung geschmacklich und optisch anspruchsvoller Gerichte einzubringen
  • Freundliches Auftreten auch in Stresssituationen
  • Kenntnisse in Lebensmittelrecht und -hygiene
