Wir suchen einen kreativen Koch für unser kleines Restaurant auf der wunderschönen Insel Helgoland. Unser Restaurant bietet eine gutbürgerliche Küche mit frischen Zutaten und herzhaften Gerichten. Wir legen Wert auf eine familiäre Atmosphäre und einen exzellenten Service.

Aufgaben und Verantwortungen

  • Zubereitung von Speisen nach Rezepten und Menüplänen
  • Vorbereitung und Zubereitung von Zutaten und Halbfertigerzeugnissen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Menüs und Spezialangeboten
  • Einhaltung von Hygienestandards und Sicherheitsvorschriften in der Küche

Anforderungen

  • Erfahrung als Koch in der Gastronomie oder eine entsprechende Ausbildung
  • Gute Kenntnisse von Rezepten, Zutaten und Kochtechniken
  • Fähigkeit, auch unter Druck ruhig und effizient zu arbeiten
  • Flexibilität und Bereitschaft, sich an wechselnde Anforderungen anzupassen
