Für das Seniorenzentrum Salus in Jößnitz suchen wir ab sofort einen Koch (m/w/d) oder Beikoch (m/w/d) mit 32 - 35 Stunden pro Woche.

Ihr Aufgabenprofil:

  • Leitung des Kochprozesses und Anleitung des Küchenpersonals
  • Selbstständige Zubereitung der Mahlzeiten
  • Portionierung der Mahlzeiten und Abfüllen von Gebinden
  • Kontrolle und Warenlagerung aller notwendigen Lebensmittel
  • Unterstützung/Ausrichten von Veranstaltungen im Haus/Unternehmen

Sie arbeiten von Montag bis Sonntag im Frühdienst.

Was Sie mitbringen:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Koch (m/w/d) oder eine Berufsausbildung im Gastgewerbe (z.B. Konditor\*in, Bäcker\*in, Fleischer\*in) ODER
  • Berufserfahrung in den Abläufen einer Großküche für Gemeinschaftsversorgung
  • Kenntnisse in der Lebensmittelbeschaffung & -lagerung
  • Selbständiges und verantwortungsbewusstes Arbeiten
  • Teamfähigkeit, Empathie und Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Gesundheitliche Eignung (Gesundheitszeugnis)
