  • Deine Aufgaben:
  • Vor- und Zubereitung sämtlicher Speisen unter Einhaltung von Hygienevorschriften sowie internen Standards
  • Qualitätskontrolle der Zutaten und Speisen
  • Vertretung des Küchenleiters in seiner Abwesenheit
  • Das bringst du mit:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Koch / Köchin
  • Erfahrung in der Großküche (Seniorenverpflegung) wünschenswert
  • Fachkenntnisse in HACCP sowie Hygienekenntnisse nach § 43 (Nachweis)
  • Gute PC-Kenntnisse, insbesondere MS Word und Excel
  • Motivation zur fortlaufenden fachlichen Weiterbildung
  • Freundliche und respektvolle Art im Umgang mit Bewohnern und Angehörigen
