Role Purpose

KOL & Affiliate Manager will drive the development of strategic KOL and affiliate partnerships to support P&G's business growth in Vietnam. The role focuses on building and managing relationships with Multi-Channel Networks (MCNs), key influencers and affiliates, while working closely with distributors and regional teams to maximize partnership opportunities and commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities

• •KOL & Affiliate Partnership Development: Build and strengthen relationships with MCNs, KOLs, influencers and key affiliates. Identify, engage and secure strategic partners aligned with P&G's business and brand priorities.
• •Affiliate Network Development & Management: Drive affiliate ecosystem growth through distributor partnerships for affiliate recruitment, engagement, sampling and product seeding.
• •Strategic Partnership & Deal Negotiation: Lead commercial negotiations, Joint Business Plans (JBPs), partnership agreements and deal closures with MCNs, high-tier KOLs and strategic affiliates to maximize business value.
• •Platform & Market Expertise: Maintain strong understanding of Vietnam's social commerce ecosystem, including TikTok Shop, Shopee and emerging affiliate platforms. Stay ahead of creator trends, platform developments and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• •Performance Management & Business Impact: Track and evaluate KOL and affiliate performance, investment effectiveness and sales contribution in collaboration with commercial, finance and distributor teams. Identify opportunities to optimize partnerships and maximize ROI.

Job Qualifications

• •Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related disciplines.
• •3-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, KOL/influencer management or social commerce, with established network and proven experience managing MCNs and strategic creator partnerships in Vietnam.
• •Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills and performance-driven mindset.
• •Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, with proven ability to build relationships and close commercial deals.
• •Highly agile, proactive and adaptable, with strong stakeholder management skills to work across distributors and regional teams.
• •Up-to-date knowledge of social media, affiliate and influencer marketing trends, platform developments and emerging creator ecosystems.
• •Fluency in Vietnamese and English
