und der Betreuung von Mietern Dienstleistungen aller Art an. Hierzu zählen insbesondere klassische Leistungen des Facility Managements

(Unterhaltsreinigung, Grünflächenpflege, Winterdienst, Hausmeisterdienste).

Wir suchen für eine sofortige Besetzung einen Kollegen (m/w/d) im Gewerk

Grünflächenpflege

befristet bis 31.05.2027 mit Option zur Verlängerung

IHRE AUFGABEN:

 Beet-, Gehölz- und Rasenpflege im Stadtgebiet Halle (Saale)

 Lockern von Pflanz- und Gehölzflächen

 Laubaufnahme

 Rodungsarbeiten

 Bepflanzungen durchführen

 Führen von Rasenmähern, Motorsensen, Laubbläsern etc.

 Rasenmahd (einschließlich Entsorgung)

 Winterdienst bei Bedarf

 Diverse Bauhilfsleistungen

SIE BRINGEN MIT:

 abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Garten- und Landschaftsbau oder Erfahrung in diesem Bereich

 Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

 strukturierte und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise

 Führerscheinklasse BE oder B

 Grundkenntnisse bezüglich KFZ-Reparaturen wünschenswert
