Für unsere Individuelle SchülerInnenbegleitung suchen wir ab sofort

eine pädagogische Fachkraft (Sozialpädagog:in) (m/w/d) für eine Teilzeitstelle von 25 Stunden.

Ihre Aufgaben umfassen:

  • Begleitung eines Kindes während des Unterrichts an einer Schule im Landkreis Coburg, um eine fortlaufende Beschulung zu ermöglichen
  • Unterstützung bei der schulischen Alltagsbewältigung
  • Beziehungsarbeit, auch in Form von Einzelstunden mit dem/der Schüler:in
  • Elternarbeit in der Familie
  • Interdisziplinäres und engmaschiges Zusammenarbeiten mit dem Schul- bzw. Helfersystem, inkl. regelmäßige Hilfeplangespräche

Das sollten Sie mitbringen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium Soziale Arbeit oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit jungen Menschen sowie deren Bezugssystem
  • Ein ganzheitlicher Blick auf Systeme
  • Interesse an intensiver Beziehungsarbeit
  • Ressourcenorientierung und Wertschätzung als Grundlage einer aktivierenden Haltung in der Zusammenarbeit mit KlientInnen
  • Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Aufgeschlossenheit sowie die Fähigkeit zu selbstständigem Arbeiten
  • Bereitschaft zu Fort-/Weiterbildung und Selbstreflexion
  • Führerschein Klasse B sowie einen PKW
