Für unsere Heilpädagogisch-Therapeutische Ambulanz (HPTA) suchen wir für das kommende Schuljahr

eine:n Sozialpädagog:in / Sozialarbeiter:in / Heilpädagog:in (m/w/d)

für eine Teilzeitstelle von 31 Stunden zum 01.09.2026.

Was dich erwartet:

  • Sozialpädagogische und sozialtherapeutische Begleitung der Kinder im Gruppenalltag (Schul und Lernförderung, Gruppenangebote, Einzelsetting, Nahraumarbeit)
  • Sozialpädagogische und - therapeutische Begleitung der Familien
  • Interdisziplinäre Netzwerkarbeit intensive Beziehungsarbeit mit Kindern und deren Bezugssystemen
  • Unterstützung sozialer und emotionaler Entwicklung

Das bringst du mit:

  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern und deren Bezugssystemen
  • Interesse an intensiver Beziehungsarbeit
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • wertschätzenden und ressourcenorientierten Umgang mit Klient:innen
  • Bereitschaft zur (Selbst-) Reflexion
  • abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium
  • Führerschein und Mobilität durch eigenen PKW
  • idealerweise vertiefte Kenntnisse in der Klinischen Sozialarbeit/ psycho-sozialen Beratung
