Kommissionierleiter in der Nachtarbeit Köln (m/w/d) 

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Kommissionierleiter des gesamten Lagerpersonals in der Nachtarbeit (Personalverantwortung für ca. 80 Mitarbeiter)
  • Fachliche Führung, Koordination und Motivation des Lagerpersonals
  • Erstellung und Verwaltung von Schicht- und Urlaubsplänen
  • Identitäts-, Vollständigkeits- und Qualitätskontrolle
  • Überwachung der Lagerbestände
  • Überwachung der Lagerhygiene

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik, z.B. zur Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik (m/w/d), Fachlagerist (m/w/d)
  • Berufserfahrung in der Lagerleitung oder ähnliche Führungsposition in der Logistik mit Erfahrung in der Personalführung
  • Staplerschein und gute Fahrpraxis mit Flurförderfahrzeugen
  • Körperliche Fitness
  • Kommunikationsstärke, ausgeprägte Ergebnisorientierung und Entscheidungsfreudigkeit
  • Engagierte, selbständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
  • PC-Kenntnisse (MS Office)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gutes Zahlenverständnis
  • Bereitschaft zur Nachtschicht im Zeitfenster von 17:00 Uhr und 04:00 Uhr
  • Bereitschaft zur Samstags-, Sonntags und Feiertagsarbeit
