### Deine Aufgabe

  • Mitarbeit im Tagesbetrieb der Voice 3rd-Level Fachabteilung
  • Unterstützung beim sicheren und stabilen Betrieb der SipWise‑ und Softswitch‑Plattformen
  • Mitarbeit bei der technischen Umsetzung neuer NGN‑Kopplungen mit anderen Providern
  • Beteiligung an der Weiterentwicklung bestehender Voice‑Tools in Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung und IT
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen und Reports sowie Unterstützung beim Monitoring definierter KPIs

### Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium Netzwerk/Kommunikationstechnik, Nachrichtentechnik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung im IT/TK Umfeld
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
  • Sie sind eine offene, kommunikative Persönlichkeit
  • Sie verfügen über hohe Belastungsfähigkeit
  • Erfahrung oder Zertifizierung im Voice/SIP Umfeld
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Softswitchen und SipWise
  • Grundkenntnisse der gängigen Netzwerkprotokolle (SIP, RTP, IP, SDH, ISDN, SNMP)
  • Linux Grundkenntnisse
