Für unsere Klientin im Arbeitgebermodell suchen wir Kompensatorische Assistenz.

Ich bin 41 Jahre alt und lebe im Großraum München mit Rollstuhl, (Krampf-)Anfällen und zeitweise Sinneseinschränkungen. Ich suche eine unerschrockene Assistenz (w/d), die Ruhe ausstrahlt und Nervenstärke mit Humor verbindet.

Du zeigst bei Herausforderungen erst recht, was in dir steckt und hast Improvisationstalent förmlich im Blut?

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Begleitung im Alltag, Haushalt und bei Freizeitaktivitäten.
  • Sicherheitsbegleitung beim Duschen und Mobilisation nach Anfällen.
  • Auch Arbeit am Wochenende oder Feiertagen.

Das biete ich dir:

  • Keine Fachkenntnisse nötig! Du wirst von erfahrenen Assistenzen im Team eingelernt.
  • Quereinsteiger\*innen willkommen!
  • 7-25 Std./Woche (Minijob, Midijob oder auf Rechnung)
  • Dienstplan nach Absprache
  • z.B. Mo/Di 10-12:30 Uhr, Fr 16-18 Uhr)
  • 17,80 EUR/Std.
  • +6,53 EUR steuerfreier Zuschlag (Sonn- & Feiertage)
