In dieser Position entwickelst du elektrische Hardware für komplexe Steuerungssysteme und arbeitest eng mit Entwicklung, Fertigung und Prüffeld zusammen. Von der Konzeption über die Auswahl elektrischer Komponenten bis zur Produktvalidierung begleitest du den gesamten Entwicklungsprozess.

  • Deine Aufgaben
  • Entwicklung elektrischer Hardware für moderne Steuerungs- und Automatisierungssysteme
  • Technische Verantwortung für Schaltschränke, Verkabelungssysteme und elektrische Komponenten
  • Erstellung technischer Spezifikationen für elektrische Baugruppen
  • Unterstützung bei Validierungen im Prüflabor und auf Prüfständen
  • Entwicklung und Optimierung von Hardwarekonzepten
  • Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen und Entwicklungsunterlagen
  • Einhaltung technischer Normen und Qualitätsrichtlinien
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, Fertigung und Projektteams

  • Schaltschränke und Steuerungssysteme
  • SPS-Komponenten, I/O-Module und Bussysteme
  • Relais, Klemmen und Verdrahtung
  • 24-VDC-Stromversorgung
  • Leitungsschutzschalter und FI-Schutzeinrichtungen
  • Frequenzumrichter und elektrische Antriebstechnik
  • Steuer-, Leistungs- und Kommunikationsverkabelung
  • Dein Profil
  • HTL-, Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung
  • Erste Erfahrung in Hardwareentwicklung oder Steuerungstechnik von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse elektrischer Komponenten und industrieller Steuerungssysteme
  • Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Entwicklungs- oder CAE-Software
