  • Tägliche Vorbereitungen der Kuchen und Desserts für Verwöhnpension und Á la carte (Mise en place, Qualitätskontrolle der Lebensmittel, Qualitätskontrolle der Speisen, etc.)
  • Speisenkontrolle, Qualitätssicherung, Einhaltung von Standards
  • Verantwortlichkeit für den eigenen Posten
  • Zusammenarbeit und Absprache mit dem verantwortlichen Küchenchef
  • Qualitätssicherung (z. B. Abschmecken, Haltbarkeit kontrollieren)
  • Einhaltung der internen Standards
  • Einhaltung der HACCP Vorgaben
  • Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Konditor oder Koch/Köchin mit Pâtissiér-Erfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der gehobenen Gastronomie
  • Deutschkenntnisse der Tätigkeit entsprechend
  • Englisch von Vorteil, kein Voraussetzung
  • Ausgezeichnete Fach- und Produktkenntnisse
  • Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Leidenschaft für den Beruf & Kreativität
  • Belastbarkeit & Zuverlässigkeit
  • Saubere und wirtschaftliche Arbeitsweise
  • Höfliches & gepflegtes Auftreten vor dem Gast
  • Angaben zur Entlohnung: Kollektivvertrag auf Basis von 40 Wochenstunden.
  • Die Überbezahlung wird auf Basis von Stunden, Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung mit Ihnen persönlich vereinbart.
