  • Herstellung unserer Torten, Kuchen & feinen Patisserie-Kreationen
  • Verantwortung als Meister: Führung & Ausbildung junger Konditor:innen
  • Organisation & Koordination in der Produktion
  • Qualitätssicherung – von der Rezeptur bis zum fertigen Produkt
  • Einhaltung von Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards

💡 Was du mitbringst:

  • Abgeschlossene Meisterausbildung im Konditorenhandwerk
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Konditorei oder Bäckerei
  • Führungskompetenz, Teamfähigkeit & Belastbarkeit
  • Freude an traditionellem Handwerk & innovativen Ideen
