Wir suchen Verstärkung für die Backstube !

Wir suchen nach Gesellen/in gerne auch momentan nur in Teilzeit.

Unser Betrieb ist die älteste Konditorei in Neustadt und unser Sortiment als auch unsere Einrichtung spiegelt das wieder. Wir sind sozusagen eine klassische Konditorei mit angeschlossenem Cafe im alten Stil, aber auch mit modernem Einschlag.

Wir benötigen jemand der/die uns mit fachlichem Wissen unterstützt und gerne auch eigene Ideen einbringt.

Konkret betrifft der Arbeitsbereich unser gesamtes Sortiment von Kuchen/Torten, Dauergebäck, Kleingebäck und Pralinen über Sonderwünsche in Form von Torten zu etwa Hochzeit oder Geburtstag.

Langfristig möchten wir unser Sortiment mit Deiner Hilfe in diverse Richtungen erweitern - vorstellbar ist Teegebäck, Pralinen, Schokoabeiten, Baumkuchen, oder auch moderne Produkte wie Maccarons.

Für uns ist dein Wissenstand bzw. dein Erfahrungsschatz eher Nebensache - Einsatz für den Betrieb und Interesse am Produkt zählt für uns mehr als jahrelange Berufserfahrung.
