Für unsere Konditorei mit Liebe zum traditionellen und modernen Handwerk suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine engagierte Konditorin / einen Konditor oder Konditormeisterin / Konditormeister (m/w/d) in fester Anstellung .

### Arbeitszeiten

Montag bis Freitag von 4:00 Uhr bis 12:00 Uhr
→ Geregelte Zeiten, freie Nachmittage & Wochenenden

### Ihre Aufgaben

Herstellung von hochwertigen Torten, Kuchen, Feingebäck und Desserts
Kreative Mitgestaltung unseres Sortiments
Selbstständiges und verantwortungsbewusstes Arbeiten
Fachliche Anleitung, Betreuung und Ausbildung unserer Auszubildenden
Vermittlung von handwerklichem Können, Qualitätsbewusstsein und Freude am Beruf
Einhaltung aller Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards

### Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Konditor/in, idealerweise mit Meisterabschluss
Freude daran, Wissen weiterzugeben und junge Menschen auszubilden
Leidenschaft für das Konditorhandwerk und hochwertige Produkte
Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Vorbildfunktion im Betrieb
