Die Backstube Schwind ist ein familiengeführtes Traditionsunternehmen, in dem nach wie vor nach eigenen Rezepten und mit handwerklicher Kunst gebacken wird.

Wir haben Filialen in Bessungen, Eberstadt und Jugenheim. Zusammen mit dem Stammhaus in Seeheim - wo noch heute Bäckerei und Konditorei untergebracht sind - wird in fünf Filialen verkauft.

Das Team, welches heute von Bäckermeister Volker Schwind und seiner Tochter Julia Schwind geführt wird, besteht aus ca. 65 Mitarbeitern in Verkauf, Produktion und Verwaltung.

Die Unternehmenskultur lässt sich an vier Schlagwörtern festmachen, die wir gerne auch als unsere wichtigsten Zutaten bezeichnen:

  • Wir suchen bundesweit und zum nächstmöglichen Termin eine/n
  • Konditor/in (m/w/d) für unsere Kalt-Konditorei
  • in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit, ab 20 Wochenstunden.

Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Berufserfahrung in einer Bäckerei / Konditorei.

Umzugsbereiten Bewerberinnen und Bewerbern können wir eine Betriebswohnung anbieten bzw. unterstützen Sie bei der Wohnungssuche.
