Wir suchen Verstärkung in unserer offenen Backstube in der Akazienstraße in Berlin Schöneberg.

Wir sind keine normale Konditorei: Statt Zucker, Butter oder viel Fett setzen wir auf natürliche, proteinreiche Zutaten und kalorienarme Süßungsmittel. So bieten wir Süßwaren, die man ohne schlechtes Gewissen genießen kann – ohne Kompromisse beim Geschmack.

## Aufgaben

  • Kuchenbacken
  • Eisproduktion
  • Marmeladenproduktion
  • Entwicklung und Optimierung von Rezepturen mit fettarmen Zutaten und kalorienarmen Süßungsmitteln für Kuchen, Eiscreme und herzhafte Ofengerichte.

## Qualifikation

  • Berufserfahrung oder Ausbildung als Bäcker/in, Konditor/in, Koch/Köchin
  • Interesse an unserem Konzept für Backwaren und Süßspeisen mit besseren Nährwerten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
