Ihre Aufgaben

  • Arbeiten unter Berücksichtigung der Qualitätsstandards
  • Einstellen der Produktionsmaschinen, Reinigung, Pflege und Wartung
  • Gemeinsame Einarbeitung neuer Teammitglieder
  • Ermittlung von Warenbedarf und Wareneingangskontrolle für einen reibungslosen Ablauf
  • Dokumentation von HACCP und Produktionsabläufen, um Prozesse zu optimieren, anzupassen, kritische Situationen zu vermeiden und die Hygiene zu gewährleisten
  • Wartung und Pflege weiterer Anlagen
  • Produktion von Eisspezialitäten mit Verkauf im Team

  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit: Klare und verständliche Kommunikation, um Fehler vorzubeugen, eine gute Stimmung im Team und Abteilungsübergreifend
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Genauigkeit: Sorgfältige Arbeitsweise, Sauberkeit und Hygiene und Produktionsreinfolge in Bezug aus Allergien
  • Teamfähigkeit: Konstruktive Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen, um gemeinsame Ziele zu erreichen
  • Flexibilität: Bereitschaft zu wechselnden Arbeitszeiten, einschließlich Wochenendarbeit
