Deine Aufgaben

  • Herstellung von Feinbackwaren, Kuchen und Torten nach Rezeptur
  • Bedienung und Überwachung moderner Anlagen und Öfen
  • Veredelung und Kontrolle der Produkte
  • Sicherstellung von Qualität und Hygienevorgaben
  • Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung neuer Produkte
  • Dokumentation relevanter Produktionsdaten

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Konditor (m/w/d)oder Bäcker (m/w/d)
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Lebensmittelproduktion oder im 3-Schicht-Betrieb
  • Kreativität, handwerkliches Geschick und Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Bereitschaft zu wechselnden Arbeitszeiten sowie Nacht- und Wochenendarbeit
  • Teamfähigkeit, Engagement und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
