  • Wir suchen ab sofort einen Konditormeister (m/w/d) – gerne auch BĂ€cker- und Konditormeister – als Abteilungsleitung fĂŒr Konditorei, Versandkonditorei und Snackabteilung in unserer Backstube in MĂŒnchberg.
  • Ihre Aufgaben
  • Sie leiten unsere Konditorei mit Produktion, Versandkonditorei und Snackabteilung – direkt an der Seite der GeschĂ€ftsleitung.
  • Sie planen und fĂŒhren Ihr Team und bilden unsere Lehrlinge aus.
  • Sie verantworten Produktionsplanung und Kosten – vom Backplan bis zur optimalen Auslastung von Team und Technik.
  • Sie sichern gleichbleibend hohe QualitĂ€t und entwickeln neue Rezept- und Produktideen am Puls der Zeit.
  • Das bringen Sie mit
  • Meisterbrief im BĂ€cker- und Konditorenhandwerk oder im Konditorenhandwerk
  • FĂŒhrungsstĂ€rke mit Herz – bei uns steht der Mensch im Vordergrund
  • Sinn fĂŒr hohe, gleichbleibende QualitĂ€t und unternehmerisches Denken
