Seit 1913 wird die Bäckerei als Familienbetrieb in Balve-Langenholthausen betrieben. Rasches Wachstum des Betriebes, verbunden mit dem Ausbau des Filialnetzes mit über 400 Mitarbeiter/Innen aus dem Verkauf, dem Vertrieb, der Produktion und der Verwaltung lassen die Vielfältigkeit unseres Unternehmens erkennen.

Für unsere Backstube in Balve-Langenholthausen suchen wir eine/n:

# Konditormeister (m/w/d) in Vollzeit

Als Konditormeister (m/w/d) leiten Sie die Herstellung von Torten, Pralinen, Feingebäck und weiteren Konditoreiwaren, koordinieren die Produktionsabläufe und überwachen die Qualität der Produkte. Sie sind verantwortlich für die Einhaltung von Hygiene- und Sicherheitsvorschriften, die Ausbildung von Nachwuchskräften sowie die Organisation des Personals. Zudem kümmern Sie sich um den Einkauf von Rohstoffen, die Lagerverwaltung und die betriebswirtschaftliche Planung. Außerdem gehören die Produktentwicklung, Kundenberatung und die Präsentation der Konditoreiwaren zu Ihren Aufgaben.
