Ihre Aufgaben - Langweilig wird es Ihnen nicht:

  • Konstruktion neuer Werkzeuge für den Kunststoffspritzguss - vom ersten Konzept bis zur fertigungsreifen Konstruktion
  • Modifikation und Optimierung bestehender Werkzeugdatensätze
  • Erstellung von 3D-Modellen, Baugruppen und technischen Zeichnungen im CAD-System
  • Auslegung von Werkzeugkomponenten wie Angusssystem, Temperierung und Auswerfer
  • Enge Abstimmung mit Werkzeugbau, Fertigung und Kunden bei technischen Fragestellungen
  • Begleitung von Werkzeugänderungen und Bemusterungen

Sie bringen mit - Ein Geben und Nehmen:

  • Fundierte technische Ausbildung im Bereich Konstruktion (z. B. HTL, Lehre als Technische:r Zeichner:in oder Werkzeugbautechniker:in mit entsprechender Weiterbildung)
  • Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Konstruktion von Spritzgusswerkzeugen wird vorausgesetzt
  • Sehr guter Umgang mit CAD-Systemen, insbesondere in der 3D-Konstruktion
  • Exakte Arbeitsweise, logisches Denkvermögen und ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis
  • Handwerkliches Geschick und Verständnis für die Abläufe im Werkzeugbau
  • Hands-on-Mentalität sowie eine selbstständige und kommunikative Arbeitsweise
