# Konstrukteur (m/w/d) in Offenburg

Die Peter Huber Kältemaschinenbau SE ist Hersteller von Temperiergeräten für Forschung und Industrie. Zu den Kernprodukten gehören vor allem dynamische Temperiersysteme, Badthermostate, Umwälzthermostate und Umwälzkühler für Temperaturen von -125 bis +425°C.

## Aufgaben:

technisch:

  • Konstruktion von Bauteilen, Komponenten und Gesamtanlagen (vom Funktionsmuster bis zur Serie)
  • Auslegung und Konstruktion von Rohrleitungssystemen und Behältern:
  • Komponentenauslegung und Auswahl
  • Konstruktion von Komponenten und (Schweiß-) Baugruppen
  • Festigkeitsberechnungen
  • Neuentwicklung und Optimierung von bestehenden Systemen
  • Prüfungen und Freigaben von Komponenten
  • Konzeptentwicklung für Seriengeräte und Baureihen
  • Technische Dokumentation erstellen, pflegen, prüfen und freigeben u.A. Arbeitsanweisungen, Fertigungsunterlagen, Konstruktionsanweisungen, Gefährdungsbeurteilungen

administrativ:

  • Freigabe von konstruktiven Ausführungen
  • enge Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Abteilungen
  • Ansprechpartner im Fachgebiet
  • Begleitung von Prototypen, Produktanläufen und Nullserien

## Profil:

  • Persönlichkeit: teamfähig
  • Arbeitsweise: strukturiert, zielorientiert und selbstständig

Know How:

  • gute CAD Kenntnisse, vorzugsweise SolidEdge
  • gute Kenntnisse in Konstruktion und Fertigung
  • Ausbildung: abgeschlossenes Studium als Ingenieur/-in, vorzugsweise der Fachrichtungen Maschinenbau oder Verfahrenstechnik, alternativ auch Maschinenbautechniker/ -in mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung
