### Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen engagierten Konstrukteur (m/w/d) im Bereich Blasformen.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Konstruktion und Entwicklung von Blasformen (Extrusions- und/oder Streckblasformen)
  • Erstellung von 3D-Modellen, Einzelteil- und Baugruppenzeichnungen
  • Auslegung und Optimierung von Formwerkzeugen hinsichtlich Qualität, Zykluszeit und Kosten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Qualitätssicherung und Projektmanagement
  • Durchführung von Konstruktionsänderungen und technischen Abstimmungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Inbetriebnahme und Bemusterung von Werkzeugen
  • Pflege von Stücklisten sowie technischen Dokumentationen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Kunststofftechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation (z. B. Techniker)
  • Erfahrung in der Konstruktion von Blasformen oder im Werkzeugbau von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit CAD-Systemen (z. B. SolidWorks, Siemens NX oder vergleichbar)
  • Kenntnisse in der Kunststoffverarbeitung, insbesondere Blasformverfahren
  • Technisches Verständnis für Fertigungsprozesse
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
