Als Konstrukteur für Peripherie bist du verantwortlich für Kabelbäume, Durchführungen, Stecker und mechanische Schnittstellen unserer Robotiksysteme. Dein Ziel: Lösungen, die auch in bewegten Achsen unter Biegewechsel- und Torsionsbelastung dauerhaft zuverlässig funktionieren.

Deine Aufgaben:

Konstruktion und Routing von Kabelbäumen in bewegten Robotikachsen

Auswahl und Spezifikation von Leitungen, Steckern und Durchführungen

Gestaltung mechanischer Schnittstellen (Anbauflansche, Abdeckungen, Dichtungen)

Absicherung der Lebensdauer (Biegewechsel, Torsion) durch Tests und Lieferantenabstimmung

Erstellung von Zeichnungen und Fertigungsunterlagen für die Peripherie

Dein Profil

Studium/Techniker Maschinenbau, Mechatronik oder vergleichbar

Erfahrung in Kabelbaum- oder Peripheriekonstruktion (Robotik/Automotive von Vorteil)

Kenntnisse zu Schleppketten-/Torsionsanwendungen und Steckverbindern

Sicherer Umgang mit 3D-CAD (idealerweise mit Kabel-Routing-Modulen)

Praktische, detailorientierte Arbeitsweise

Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
