Sie bearbeiten Projekte zur Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der bestehenden Produkte und Fertigungsprozesse und unterstützen das Qualitätsmanagement auf dem Gebiet der Medizintechnik bei der Erstellung und Pflege der notwendigen technischen Dokumentation.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • mechanische Konstruktion und Zeichnungsableitung von Medizinprodukten mit Solidworks
  • Entwicklung und mechanische Konstruktion von Vorrichtungen für die Optimierung der Fertigungsprozesse
  • unterstützende Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen für das Qualitätsmanagement
  • Datenpflege (z.B. Stücklisten, Zeichnungen, Eigenschaftslisten, ...)
  • interner Ansprechpartner für technische Fragestellungen zu Medizin- und Kombinationsprodukten
  • ggfs. Unterstützung im Bereich konventioneller Fertigung

Ihr Profil

  • abgeschlossene metalltechnische Berufsausbildung
  • allgemeines technisches Verständnis sowie Verständnis für komplexe Prozesse
  • Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung im QM-Bereich
  • vorrausschauende, bereichsübergreifende Denkweise
  • idealerweise Erfahrungen mit CAD-Software Solidworks
  • idealerweise sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Produkten (Auswertungen/Formelerstellung Excel)
