Wir suchen ab sofort in Rheda-Wiedenbrück eine/n Konstrukteur Sondermaschinenbau (m/w/d).

Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Konstruktionstechnik oder vergleichbar
  • Alternativ: staatlich geprüfter Techniker Maschinenbau mit entsprechender Erfahrung
  • Mindestens 5 bis 7 Jahre Berufserfahrung im anspruchsvollen Sondermaschinenbau
  • Expertenwissen in Solid Edge oder einem vergleichbaren 3D-CAD-System
  • Tiefes Verständnis von PDM-/PLM-Prozessen sowie Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse technischer Berechnungen, z. B. Auslegung von Antrieben, Führungen und Festigkeitsberechnungen
  • Bewusstsein für Design to Cost und Design for Manufacturing
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich ISO-GPS-Systeme, geometrische Produktspezifikation sowie Form- und Lagetoleranzen, z. B. DIN EN ISO 1101

Aufgaben

  • Entwicklung und Konstruktion anspruchsvoller Sondermaschinen und kundenspezifischer Maschinenbaukomponenten
  • Erstellung und Detaillierung von 3D-Konstruktionen und fertigungsgerechten Zeichnungen mit Solid Edge bzw. vergleichbaren CAD-Systemen
  • Auslegung und Dimensionierung von Antrieben, Führungen und weiteren Maschinenkomponenten inklusive technischer Berechnungen
  • Entwicklung kosten- und fertigungsgerechter Konstruktionen unter Berücksichtigung von Design-to-Cost und Design-for-Manufacturing
  • Anwendung von ISO-GPS, geometrischen Produktspezifikationen sowie Form- und Lagetoleranzen und Pflege der Produktdaten in PDM-/PLM-Systemen
