### Welche Aufgaben erwarten Sie?

  • Erstellung von technischen, zwei- und dreidimensionalen Zeichnungen nach Vorgaben für Anlagen der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung
  • Verwaltung von unterschiedlichen Zeichnungsversionen zu einem Projekt
  • Durchführung von Rohrleitungs- und Kanalberechnungen
  • Zusammenstellung von Planungsunterlagen und Archivierung sowie Erstellung oder Prüfung von technischen Dokumentationen

### Welche Voraussetzungen bringen Sie mit?

  • erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Technischen Zeichner (m/w/d) bzw. Technischen Systemplaner (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
  • idealerweise Berufserfahrung (keine Bedingung)
  • sehr gute CAD-Kenntnisse (AutoCAD MEP, Revit)
  • sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Erfahrungen mit Building Information Modelling (BIM) als Planungsmethode sind von Vorteil
  • kundenorientiertes und zuverlässiges Handeln
  • selbständige und exakte Arbeitsweise
  • Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
