  • Übernehmen Sie fachliche und organisatorische Leitung der Hauskonstruktion und gewährleisten dabei die Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Arbeits-, Gesundheits- und Umweltschutzstandards
  • Koordinieren Sie die unterschiedlichen Fachabteilung in der Hauskonstruktion
  • Steuern Sie die Personalplanung in der Konstruktion und stellen die termingerechte Bearbeitung der Bauvorhaben sicher
  • Unterstützen Sie Kollegen als Ansprechpartner für fachliche und konstruktive Fragestellungen
  • Entwickeln Sie den Haus- und Kellerbau im Unternehmen kontinuierlich weiter und wirken in verschiedenen internen und externen Gremien mit

### Können ist Ihr Fundament

  • Ihr abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen oder ein vergleichbares Studium ist die Grundlage für Ihren Einsatz
  • Idealerweise verfügen Sie über erste Führungserfahrungen und Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Statik, Holz- und Betonbau
  • Sie verfügen über gute Kenntnisse in den gängigen Microsoft-Programmen und idealerweise im CAD-Programm von GRANIT
