Deine Aufgaben in der Fertigung

  • Bauteilherstellung: Fertigung von schweren Stahlbaukonstruktionen, Trägersystemen und Blechbaugruppen nach technischen Zeichnungen und Stücklisten.
  • Materialbearbeitung: Maßgenaues Zuschneiden von Stahlprofilen und Blechen mittels Brennschneidern, Lasern oder CNC-gesteuerten Sägeanlagen.
  • Zusammenbau & Heften: Aufbauen und Heften von Großbauteilen unter Berücksichtigung von Schweißfolgeplänen, um Verzug zu minimieren und Stabilität zu gewährleisten.
  • Schweißtechnik: Anwendung von thermischen Fügeverfahren (vorrangig MAG, UP und E-Hand) für tragende Verbindungen im Stahlbau (teilautomatisiert, bzw. vollautomatisiert mittels Schweißroboter)
  • Qualitätskontrolle: Selbstständige Prüfung der Maßhaltigkeit und Schweißnahtqualität sowie ggf. Richten von Bauteilen durch werkstoffbezogene Wärmebehandlung.
  • Innerbetrieblicher Transport: Sicherer Umgang mit Hallenkranen und Flurförderzeugen zum Bewegen tonnenschwerer Stahlkomponenten.

Dein Profil

  • Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Konstruktionsmechaniker (Fachrichtung Stahlbau), Metallbauer oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Fachkenntnisse: Fundierte Erfahrung im Lesen komplexer Konstruktions- und Schweißpläne.
  • Zusatzqualifikationen: Gültige Schweißerpässe (z.B. nach ISO 9606-1) sowie ein Kranschein sind von Vorteil
  • Arbeitsweise: Hohes Maß an Präzision, Verantwortungsbewusstsein für sicherheitsrelevante Bauteile und Teamgeist.
  • Physis: Körperliche Belastbarkeit und idealerweise Höhentauglichkeit für gelegentliche Montagen.
