Für unseren namhaften Kunden aus der Automobilindustrie (Bereich Rohbau/Presswerk) suchen wir aktuell versierte Karosserie- und Fahrzeugbaumechaniker . Wenn Sie bereits Erfahrung als Konstruktionsmechaniker, Blechschlosser oder Flaschner gesammelt haben und Wert auf höchste Oberflächengüte legen, sind Sie bei uns genau richtig. Ihre Aufgaben

Durchführung von Schweißarbeiten an Karosserieteilen (z.B. MAG-Schweißen, Punktschweißen und Heften)

Feinjustierung und Einstellung von Anbauteilen unter strikter Einhaltung der Spaltmaße

Vornahme von Schleif- und Lötarbeiten zur Sicherstellung einer einwandfreien Oberflächenqualität (Außenhaut)

Richten von Bauteilen sowie Nachbearbeitung von Karosseriekomponenten

Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen und Sichtprüfungen (z.B. Meißelprobe) nach Prüfplan inklusive Dokumentation

Unsere Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Karosserie- und Fahrzeugbaumechaniker, Konstruktionsmechaniker, Metallbauer oder eine vergleichbare Metallausbildung
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Blechbearbeitung und im Umgang mit Schweißverfahren
  • Handwerkliches Geschick und ein geschultes Auge für Oberflächenabweichungen
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtsystem (Früh-, Spät- und Nachtschicht)
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
