### Ihr Aufgabengebiet

  • Schweißen von Kühlspulen (Edelstahl)
  • Schweißen von Ofenköpfen (Stahl-Kupfer)
  • Schweißen von Jochblechen (Kupfer)
  • Montage- und Reparaturarbeiten an Induktionstiegelöfen, Rinneninduktoren und Anlagenteilen zu Schmelzanlagen
  • Abteilungsübergreifende Beratung und Mitarbeit bei schweißtechnischen Fragestellungen
  • Protokollierung der Schweißarbeiten auf Prüfprotokollen
  • Dichtheitsprüfung gefertigter Bauteile

### Unsere Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Schmelzschweißer / Konstruktionsmechaniker Fachrichtung Schweißtechnik
  • Idealerweise gültige Schweißer-Prüfungen nach ISO 9606
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit MIG / MAG, WIG (Lichtbogenhandschweißen und Hartlöten mit Gas-Sauerstoffflamme)
  • Erfahrung im Flammrichten von Schweißkonstruktionen wünschenswert
  • Selbstständige und präzise Arbeitsweise nach Zeichnungs- und Stücklistenvorgabe
  • Teamfähigkeit, Qualitätsbewusstsein und ein hohes Maß an Eigenständigkeit
  • Verantwortungs- und Einsatzbereitschaft
