Meine Aufgaben:

  • Präzise Herstellung von Bauteilen und Schweißkonstruktionen aus Feinkorn- und Panzerstählen.
  • Sicherstellung der definierten Wärmesteuerung bei Vorbereitung, Vorwärm- und Zwischengangentemperaturen.
  • Fertigung von Stahlbaugruppen sowie Metallkonstruktionen nach technischen Zeichnungen und Fertigungsplänen.
  • Anpassen, Anheften und Zusammenbau von Komponenten und Baugruppen.
  • Ausführung von MAG-Schweißarbeiten an Baugruppen und Konstruktionen aus Feinkornstählen.
  • Vor- und Nachbearbeitung: Brenn-, Trenn-, Richt- und Anpassarbeiten.
  • Herstellung von Vorrichtungen, Schablonen und Hilfskonstruktionen zur Bauteilfertigung.
  • Selbstprüfungen durchführen und zerstörungsfreie Prüfungen (z.B. VT, MT, UT) unterstützen.
  • Dokumentation der geleisteten Arbeiten gemäß der Vorgaben.

Mein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Konstruktionsmechaniker (m/w/d), Metallbauer (m/w/d), Stahlbauschlosser (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar.
  • Praktische Erfahrung in der Herstellung von Stahl- und Metallkomponenten.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MAG-Schweißverfahren, idealerweise im Feinkornstahlbau.
  • Sicherheit im Lesen und Umsetzen technischer Zeichnungen und Fertigungspläne.
  • Wünschenswert: Erfahrung im Kran- und Großbauteilhandling.
  • Bereitschaft zu Schichtarbeit und zur Einarbeitung an einem norddeutschen Standort.
  • Zuverlässige, präzise und qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft.
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
