Wir sind ein dynamisches Unternehmen im Bereich der Windkraft. Gemeinsam treiben wir die Energiewende voran. Für die optimale Unterstützung unserer Serviceteams im Außendienst suchen wir ein Organisationstalent wie Sie.

Ihre Aufgaben

📅 Einsatzplanung & Logistik

  • Erstellen von effizienten Tour- und Einsatzplänen für unsere Serviceteams.
  • Buchen von geeigneten Unterkünften für die Außendiensteinsätze.

🛠️ Fuhrpark- & Werkzeugmanagement

  • Überwachen und Koordinieren unserer Fahrzeugflotte .
  • Organisation und Überwachung der regelmäßigen Werkzeugprüfungen und Ausrüstung

👥 Team- & Kundenbetreuung

  • Zentraler Ansprechpartner für unsere Servicemitarbeiter bei organisatorischen Fragen.
  • Enge Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden zur Abstimmung von Einsätzen

📝 Administration & Schulungen

  • Vollständige Dokumentation der Einsätze und Pflege der Systemdaten.
  • Organisation, Buchung und Überwachung von notwendigen Trainings

Ihr Profil

  • Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder logistische Ausbildung (z. B. Speditionskaufmann, Büromanagement) oder relevante Berufserfahrung.
  • Erfahrung: Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Personaldisposition, Logistik oder im Flottenmanagement.
  • Geschick: Organisationstalent mit der Fähigkeit, auch bei Planänderungen ruhig zu reagieren.
  • Kommunikation: Ausgesprochene Team- und Kundenorientierung mit klarer Kommunikation.
  • Digital: Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und modernen Planungs-Tools.
