  • betrieblichen Notfallmanagement sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung
  • von Arbeits‑, Gesundheits‑ und Brandschutzvorgaben Durchführung
  • von Einweisungen und Unterweisungen externer Dienstleister sowie
  • kontinuierliche Kontrolle sicherheitsrelevanter Einrichtungen und
  • Prozesse Was Sie mitbringen: Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, z.
  • B. als Industriemechaniker, Mechatroniker, Industrieelektroniker oder
  • eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Gute technische Kenntnisse im Bereich
  • der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung (TGA), idealerweise ergänzt durch
  • Erfahrung im Facility Management Sicherer Umgang mit
  • MS‑Office‑Anwendungen sowie Kenntnisse von CAFM‑Systemen von
  • Vorteil Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • sowie Führerschein der Klasse B Strukturierte, selbstständige und
