Wir suchen ab sofort für einen Kunden in Aachen eine/n Koordinator Service / After Sales (m/w/d).

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, Weiterbildung oder Studium
  • Berufserfahrung in der Servicekoordination, im Kundendienst oder im Afters Sales
  • Organisatorisches Geschick und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Gute MS Office-Kenntnisse
  • Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

Aufgaben

  • Planung und Koordination von Wartungseinsätzen bei den Kunden
  • Abstimmung und Einsatzplanung unserer Außendiensttechniker
  • Annahme und Bearbeitung von Serviceanfragen von Kunden und Technikern
  • Überwachung der termingerechten Durchführung von Serviceaufträgen
  • Nachverfolgung und Dokumentation von Wartungsberichten nach erledigten Einsätzen
  • Erstellung von Ersatzteilvorschlägen sowie Kostenvoranschlägen für den Kunden
