Du bringst fundierte SAP-WM-Kenntnisse mit, denkst Prozesse ganzheitlich und möchtest Abläufe in Lager, Versand und Verladung kontinuierlich verbessern? Dann gestalte gemeinsam mit uns die Weiterentwicklung unserer Logistikprozesse in einem internationalen Umfeld mit engem Austausch zu unseren französischen Standorten.

  • Steuerung der operativen Abläufe: Du koordinierst die Kommissionierung, Verladung sowie die Abläufe in Lager und Magazin und stellst eine reibungslose, termingerechte und qualitativ einwandfreie Abwicklung sicher inkl. eines eigenständigen Reklamationsmanagements.
  • SAP-gestützte Lagersteuerung: Du verantwortest Wareneingänge, Bestände und Inventuren in SAP WM und stellst eine hohe Bestandsqualität sicher. Darüber hinaus optimierst du unsere SAP-Prozesse in diesem Bereich.
  • Führung & Organisation: Du führst dein Team in der Lagerlogistik fachlich und disziplinarisch und planst den Personaleinsatz.
  • Prozesse & Standards: Du optimierst Kommissionierungs-, Versand- und Verladevorschriften und setzt gesetzliche Anforderungen in interne Standards um sowie unterstützt bei Schulungen. Du stellst unsere EHS-Vorgaben inklusive der Ladungssicherungsvorgaben sicher und arbeitest an deren kontinuierliche Verbesserung.

# Wer bringt uns voran?

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, z. B. als Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik (m/w/d).
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Lagerlogistik, Versand oder Verladung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP WM (wünschenswert: Customizing- bzw. Prozessverständnis)
  • Sichere Französischkenntnisse für die Zusammenarbeit innerhalb der Saint-Gobain-Gruppe wünschenswert; alternativ mindestens gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis logistischer Prozesse und deren kontinuierlicher Verbesserung
  • Hohe Affinität zu Arbeitssicherheit, Ladungssicherung und EHS-Themen
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, Hands-on-Mentalität sowie bereichsübergreifendes Denken
