  • Begleitung von Entwicklungs- und Industrieprojekten als Cost-Challenger und Sparringspartner
  • Ableitung und Umsetzung konkreter Cost-Down-Potenziale zur Erreichung von Zielkosten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering, Einkauf, Produktion, Qualität und Produktmanagement
  • Erstellung von Kostenanalysen und Reports sowie Weiterentwicklung von Target-Costing-Standards und Methoden
  • WAS DU MITBRINGST
  • Abgeschlossene technische oder technisch-wirtschaftliche Ausbildung (HTL, FH, TU), z. B. Maschinenbau, Mechatronik oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen
  • Starkes Verständnis für Kostenstrukturen, Kalkulationslogiken und datenbasierte Analysen bzw. mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in ähnlichen Positionen
  • Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering, Einkauf oder Produktion
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie sicherer Umgang mit SAP, Excel oder Power BI
