  • Betreuung und technische Beratung der Servicekund_innen
  • Fahrzeugannahme für Wartung, Service und Reparatur
  • Aufnahme der Kundenwünsche und Begleitung des Werkstattauftrags
  • Anbieten von Zusatzleistungen
  • Koordination mit der Werkstatt und Kommunikation bei Zusatzarbeiten
  • Erklärung von Arbeiten und Rechnung sowie Fahrzeugübergabe
  • Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossene technische KFZ-Fachausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung im KFZ-Bereich
  • Meisterprüfung oder Erfahrung als Serviceberater_in bzw. in der Werkstattannahme von Vorteil
  • Entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse
  • Das bekommst du
  • Das Mindestentgelt für diese Stelle beträgt € 2.727,40 brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeit. Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
