  • abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Nutzfahrzeugtechnik Meister, KFZ - Meister (Meisterprüfung)
  • mehrjährige Erfahrung im Nutzfahrzeug- Bus oder Baumaschinenbereich
  • Führerscheine B, C
  • Deutschkenntnisse der Tätigkeit entsprechend, Grundkenntnisse Englisch
  • kaufmännisches Verständnis
  • hohe Service- und Kundenorientierung
  • soziale Kompetenz, Führungsqualitäten und Teamorientierung
  • Erfahrung in Elektrik, Diagnose und Fehlersuche
  • freundliches kompetentes Auftreten

Aufgabenschwerpunkte:

  • Organisation und Überwachung aller Werkstattarbeiten und -abläufe
  • Durchführung von Personaleinteilungen sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der zugeordneten Mitarbeiter
  • Erstellung von Kostenvoranschlägen
  • Fahrzeug Endkontrolle
  • Vorbereitung der Kundenaufträge für die Abrechnung
  • Kundenberatung
  • Kundenkommunikation
  • Lehrlingsausbildung
