Arbeitszeit: Vormittags oder nach Absprache

Wir suchen ab sofort einen passionierten und gerne auch berenteten Kfz-Meister, der Spaß daran hat, auf Minijob-Basis oder in Teilzeit sein Wissen weiterzugeben.

Ihre Aufgaben bei uns:

Sie strukturieren und koordinieren Arbeitsabläufe der Werkstatt

Sie bestellen Ersatzteile

Sie betreuen unsere Kunden telefonisch

Sie behalten in stressigen Situationen den Überblick

Sie stehen Kollegen und Kolleginnen mit Ihrer Expertise helfend zur Seite

Sie sind verantwortlich für die Qualitätssicherung

Sie übernehmen allgemeine Betriebsorganisationsarbeiten

Ihr Profil:

praktische Berufserfahrung im Bereich Nfz/Kfz.-Technik

Team- und Motivationsfähigkeit

kommunikative und organisatorische Fähigkeiten

Führungsqualitäten
