  • Wir qualifizieren angehende Berufskraftfahrer und Fachkräfte praxisnah und bereiten sie gezielt auf die Anforderungen der Branche vor.

## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Durchführung von theoretischem und praktischem Unterricht
  • Schulungen gemäß Berufskraftfahrerqualifikationsgesetz (BKrFQG)
  • Vermittlung von Fachwissen zu gesetzlichen Vorschriften, Sicherheit und Praxis
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Prüfungen
  • Betreuung und Unterstützung unserer Teilnehmer
  • Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Ausbildungsinhalte

## Ihr Profil

  • Abschluss als Kraftverkehrsmeister (IHK) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Transport / Logistik
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrung als Dozent oder Ausbilder
  • Pädagogisches Geschick und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
