Die Dosteli GmbH in Berlin als interkultureller, mobiler Pflegedienst sucht per sofort motivierte Kollegen (m/w/d)!

Wir bieten eine Vergütung nach dem Berliner-Modell und die Mitarbeit in einem internationalen Team an.

Unsere Einrichtungen sind moderne Häuser (ab 2013 eröffnet) mit durchschnittlich bis zu 12 Bewohnern in der ambulanten Pflege.

Wir arbeiten in sechs Wohngruppen nach dem Hausgemeinschaftsprinzip.

Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt Krankenpflegehelfer/in/Präsenzkraft (m/w/d).

Tätigkeitsprofil:

Unterstützung der Pflege der Bewohner mit eingeschränkter Alltagskompetenz

Wir bieten eine leistungsgerechte Vergütung und die Mitarbeit in einem motivierten Team.

Die Einstellung erfolgt unbefristet für 30 oder 40 Wochenstunden.

Ihr Profil:

  • Einstellungsvoraussetzung ist der Abschluss bzw. Berufserfahrung als Altenpflegehelfer/in bzw. Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegehelfer/in (m/w/d)
  • hohes Maß an Einfühlungsvermögen und Empathie
  • viel, viel Freude am täglichen Umgang mit älteren Menschen
  • vorteilhaft sind Kenntnisse der türkischen Sprache und Kultur
  • Führerschein
