Brügge-Cares, Ihr verlässlicher ambulanter Pflegedienst in Wuppertal, sucht motivierte Krankenpflegehelfer (m/w/d) und Altenpflegehelfer (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung unseres engagierten Teams

## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung bei der Grundpflege und betreuenden Tätigkeiten
  • Mitwirkung bei der Umsetzung individueller Pflegepläne
  • Dokumentation der durchgeführten Pflegemaßnahmen
  • Kooperation mit Pflegefachkräften und interdisziplinären Teammitgliedern

## Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Krankenpflegehelfer (m/w/d) oder Altenpflegehelfer (m/w/d)
  • Empathie und respektvoller Umgang mit Pflegebedürftigen
  • Teamfähigkeit und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten im ambulanten Pflegedienst
  • Führerscheinklasse B
