### Anforderungen:

  • Examinierte Pflegefachkraft mit abgeschlossenem Gesund­heits-Studium (oder ver­gleich­bar)
  • Intensiv- oder IMC-Erfahrung sind von Vorteil
  • Motivation und aktive Gestaltung von Verände­rungs­prozessen
  • Interdisziplinäres Denken und Kooperations­bereitschaft
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise zur Weiterentwicklung der Pflegepraxis auf evidenzbasierten Erkennt­nissen
  • Kurs "Beatmung" 120 Stunden
